1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damaged or defective items on delivery
    • Incorrect product delivered (different from order)

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
